Special Ops video materialWe put it all together after a big tip by B-Fresh4; the Special Ops video material was there all along and we all missed it...
Special OpsFor those a bit hazy on what we're talking about, specops (short for...) is a new gametype in Modern Warfare 2 that can be played separate of the single player campaign. When choosing "Special Ops" from the main menu you will be able to play certain unlocked parts by playing the singleplayer campaign in a way much like the last "Mile High Club" epilogue in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. You will be given specific objectives in fast paced and difficult to complete missions. This is Infinity Ward's idea of implementing the much requested co-op mode into the game. That's right, specops can be played split-screen co-op, though nothing has been said about co-op over Internet or even if it'll be possible to do specops alone... Special Ops video analysisAs you can see if you hover the image with your mouse, there is a clear image of the US flag the arm of the soldier. Delta Force is one of America's primary counter-terrorist units and since DF has been been confirmed in other interviews it's a pretty no-brainer.
